The hotel offers spacious rooms with all amenities, even before the regular check-in time, however lacking a chair in the room. The service is top-notch with very nice and well-mannered staff taking great care of every guest. The location is convenient being near the railway station and easily accessible, but bathrooms and room amenities need improvement. The dining experience is limited in options with spicy dishes, and the facilities are decent overall.
The hotel falls short in terms of cleanliness and hygiene standards, with poor room conditions and lackluster dining options. However, the service and location are decent with helpful staff and a good setting in Hyderabad.
The hotel rooms were not as shown on the website, had very poor hygiene, the AC was not functioning, and breakfast was brought from a local stall. Daily housekeeping was lacking, and there was not even a chair in the room. Despite this, the room size was good and they were nice.
